When we announced our plans last year to launch a service dedicated to matching sustainability-committed talent with sustainability-committed companies, we thought we were at the forefront. We were right. However, there were a whole bunch of other firms and folks thinking the same strategy. There are some great websites, firms and individuals who are starting to get serious about recruitment and staffing the emerging green business sector. It's mostly job posting sites in the Monster.com genre but it will get more competitive as time goes. Wait until some wise recruiting firm goes seriously green! We'll keep this section updated as the sector emerges.
